If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from YourSafetyPlace, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund of the product within 30 days of the date of sale, except as noted below:

The returned product must be unused, undamaged and repackaged in all of the original packaging, with all instruction books, parts and accessories included in order to qualify for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are opened, missing packaging, parts or accessories or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit equal to the value of the item. Items that are damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

If you need to return an item, or have a problem with your purchase, please call us at 1-888-545-SAFE (7233) for immediate assistance. If the item qualifies for return, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued. The RA will be valid for 10 days. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns unless otherwise notified. Items can be returned by mail to us, but should be insured against damage, loss or theft. Items that are uninsured that arrive damaged or are lost or stolen in transit are your responsibility. Upon acceptance of the returned item(s) and verification that the item(s) is in like new condition, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card. If requested, refunds can be issued by YourSafetyPlace company check. Please allow up to 2 weeks from when we accept your returned product for processing of your credit refund. Additional charges may be assessed for products that are returned with missing instruction books, accessories, parts or are found to be damaged by the customer. For products that are verified to have a manufacturer defect, we will credit you for the original shipping charges on the product you return or exchange. If the product was part of a multiple-product shipment, we will credit you for the cost of shipping the returned product to your original shipping address.
